	THE HOUSE
	This estate has now been in our family for over twenty-five years. At its heart is an extremely comfortable and well-furnished family home. It is managed by a highly efficient and personable English couple.
	The accommodation sleeps 14 people and has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and includes:
		Large and airy master bedroom with a spacious and luxurious en-suite bathroom. It is set away from the main bedroom wing so is very private.
		Enormous kitchen/living room, which is a truly beautiful space with a table that can seat up to fourteen and a raised baronial fireplace. It is a wonderful room in all seasons, airy in summer but still warm and homely in the colder months.
		Sitting room/library, for the more peaceful moments of the day.
		A further wing with four bedrooms and three bathrooms (one of which is en suite).
		Large room on the ground floor beneath the master bedroom with 4 single beds, bedside tables and lamps. This room can double as a Games Room. A cot, high chair and stairgate are available.
		Large swimming pool, with wonderful views across the vines and the fields and woodland in the valley.
		Tennis court.
		Beautiful and well-kept garden of almost three acres.

Because it is incredibly spacious, the house suits pretty much every type of holiday arrangement. We have a lot of families, often multi-generational family groups. But we often let the house to six or eight or ten adults who go down to paint, eat, play golf or just lounge around. The house is very popular in July and August, but we also have clients who love going down in May, June, September and October to enjoy the Spring, early Summer and Autumn colours and produce in the markets. Fresh figs from the garden in October are not to be missed.
